Hello Friends and Family.....
I have more time on my hands these days since I decided to close down our restaurant "The Gumbo Factory". I'll miss our customers and my staff which I've become very fond of. My family needs me at home and I need them too. My creative mind I hope will get the best of me and I'll share whatever I brew up here at the Duhon home.

ReplyDeleteI was surprised by the The Gumbo closing but I understand exactly what you mean about family.....though I couldn't of said that before kids...hehe. I love them so much.....and miss them when I'm not with them. You had a lot on your plate too.
